Measure the difference
Vee makes.

A number only becomes evidence when its process, denominator and comparator are attached. Everything on this page is built that way.

Evidence before claims.

Vee would rather show a smaller, correctly scoped result than a large number that means nothing.

  • Every figure names the process that produced it.
  • Production scale and process performance are different proofs.
  • Where an outcome cannot be attributed fairly, we say so instead of implying it.

The evidence spine.

Every Vee result sits at one level of this chain. Climbing it requires more of the process to be measurable.

  1. ActivityWhat the operation did.
  2. ContactWho was actually reached, and verified as the right party.
  3. InteractionWhat happened in the conversation.
  4. Process resultThe defined process outcome.
  5. Verified business outcomeThe downstream result, attributed and reconciled.

How a Vee number is built.

A figure is only published with its process, denominator, comparator and source attached.

The definition comes first. Before a result is quoted, we agree what it measures, over which population, against what baseline and where the data comes from.

Where the downstream outcome lives in a client system, the figure is reported only once that system returns it. Until then, the result stays at the level of the spine it actually reached.

Scale is proof of operation, not of performance.

Production volume shows a process can run at size. It does not, on its own, prove an outcome improved.

Stories behind the numbers.

Case narratives show how a result was produced. They illustrate the evidence, and never replace it.
